I have been searching for a track produced in the late '70s by Nigger Kojak called Green Bay Killing. I used to own this as a single when I was a teenager. I have found it listed as part of a compilation on roots archives, but the single is not listed. My question is simply this: do you have any idea where I could go to look for a copy of this single or failing that the compilation (which is by Joe Gibbs). I am in London.

The slbum is called Original DJ Classics vol. 1

"Greenbay Killing" is a BOOM Tune on the STORM riddim. Kojak also does "Down By The Riverside" on the same riddim. Not as strong as "Greenbay" but a good tune nonetheless-also has a version after it. This is on the SHOWCASE lp:

Other Tunes on Same cut of "STORM"
-"Storm"- Gregory Isaacs
-"OH LORD"- Tappa Zukie-his best ever IMO.
-"Tie & Dye"-U.Brown
-Leggo Dub- on LP of same title
-"Trial & Tribualtion"-The Morwells
Great Riddim, Great tunes. I see the Original DJ & Showcase lp's about, so you should be able to get them. Good Luck.

I have 7" and 12" cuts from 1979 titled 'Massacre' on the Storm rhythm by Nigger Kojak. They were released in the UK on Laser. The lyrics start out "Green Bay killing a murder". Is this the same tune?
