Rolex 2000

Allright, goes like this.....
few years back some records were given to me, original dub plates from kingston jamaica.
I believe those records to be pretty rare.
On most of the songs fetured on those records the words Rolex 2000 are mentioned........any idea what this is all about?

Also would you happen to know a reggae dj named Trinity who played in Montreal canada I dont know when......if so please give me his contacts because I have records belonging to him.
