Check eBay. Ultrarare and expensive. The same goes for the Little Kirk album.

this tune is just expensive, not rare. it's only april and it's probably been on ebay more than a dozen times already this year. it was a big tune in NYC in its day, i'm sure there are more than 1,000 pressed.
if you're ready to pay $100+, i'm sure you can get it very soon
