The Most Hard to Find CDs

Even with cheesy plastic digital media (which I still prefer greatly to tapes) sometimes it's frustrating trying to track certain discs down. I have been able to get about 99% of what I have on my want list but some still elude me. Here are my top 5 hard to find CDs:

1. Little Roy- Columbus Ship

2. Misty in Roots- Wise and Foolish

3. Chantells- Waiting in the Park

4. Black Slate- Amigo (best of)

5. Triston Palma- Spliff Tail

For the other CD buyers out there, what are some that you can't seem to track down?

Maybe we can all help each other out. If not, it will still be interesting to see what has become obscure.

Jason,

Here are a few that have been impossible to find for me:

Early B - Anthology
Nicodemus - Old Veteran
Edi Fitzroy - Eclipse
Lee Perry - Megaton Dub Vol 1 & 2
Little John - Clark's Booty

When I do find them, the seller is always asking for way too much!

Gee-
Did you try ordering the Nicodemus from the seller I PMed you about? I know you've been looking for that one for a while.

Hey Jason,

Yeah that didn't work out. I just saw the message from Corner of Dub.

Have you had any luck on the Ijahman you were looking for - Culture Country? I saw a few by Ijahman on Ebay a while back.

This one should be pretty easy to find Gee.
Google search it and if you need help let me know.
Also, a semi-local shop has 2 copies last I checked.

As for HTF cd's...I had some trouble finding these :
[cover=209,229][cover=2271,2623][cover=7275,4932][cover=1811,2133]
Augustus Pablo - King Selassie I Calling
King Tubby - Water Dub

Been trying to find Lee Scratch Perry - Open The Gate on Trojan for a while. As far as I can understand not many copies where printed because it was deleted/discontinued and thats why its now only available second hand and at crazy prices...

I did track a mp3 copy down, though! a wonderful collection.

The Misty In Roots CD's generally seem quite hard to find. I've got a 2CD compilation (»Jah Sees, Jah Knows« it's called perhaps?). Some excellent music on it but I rarely touch it. Should I try to sell/trade it perhaps? What is it worth? I think I've seen it go for quite good money.

@kalcidis-
Jah Sees, Jah Knows is getting VERY hard to find. It usually goes for over $100 on ebay. I have it but saw a copy on Amazon this year for $19.99. Still kicking myself for not picking it up.
I also have Forward and Earth on CD.

@ Gee

No, haven't picked up Culture Country, yet. When I talked to the label owner who is re-issuing Ijahman's catalogue, he said everything will eventually be re-issued. So, guess I'll wait and see.
