Quite often on ebay this one. It's not really as rare as some suggest. I've had several copies of it pass through my hands.
I believe I am right in saying though, that it was also pressed in yellow wax. Now that is rare!

I recently saw a yellow colored copy being sold on ebay for 60 dollar...
