i just find out that tune and i remember the melody of the riddim track from you tube where they show younger jammy mix up a ting, which riddim is that? or who else voice it?

also a dj cut by purpleman (credited to yellowman the original) on the flip of the Wayne Smith on Black Joy 12" .. there's also a dub version (with no vocals) on prince jammy destroys the space invaders Greensleeves LP

never seen the tune on thompson sound btw.. fatman repress 7", jammy 7" orig, KG 12" (uk orig) - dunno if there are more.

can anyone confirm that the K&G 12" is the same take/mix as the jammy's 7"? wondered that from long time, thanks for the reminder to ask!

The video is jammys in the legendary King tubbys studio
were most dubs were taken to be mixed.

But the recording of the track was no doubt recorded at the quality channel one studio.

u can tell by the clarity of the drums and bass.
its a channel one recording but mixed at tubbys small studio by prince jammy.

at the time of this video jammys had not yet built his own studio.
he was doing work under Bunny Striker Lee and King Tubbys
