Mods is there any chance that we can get a new makeover for this forum ?? and also the ability to put up new avatars ??

Amen to that, ton1! I think that the only thing I would change on Roots-Archives that doesn't look too good is the banner at the top. It could use a nice tidying up (just look at Marleys dreadlocks!).

Otherwise Roots-Archives has an elegant and simple design.

lol ! yes but that banner is part of the history , cannot be changed !

I just realised it was Keith Hudson between Marley and Minott. A quick search on the forum confirmed that. I was wondering for years now .

Nah, it's good how it is. Quick to load, easy to browse. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

well i do agree it's Quick to load, easy to browse. but avatars would be a form of representation for members.

I just think that improve/update records DataBase is much more important than improve forum look.

To me, a forum is just a place where we can discuss, avatars and that kind of features are not essential things, R.A. forum is doing a good job like it is(even if it seems hard to handle for mods while it's growing with more & more users ...), enough for me.

Anyway, this is just my opinion, reflecting the way I use R.A.

I like the quick and clean feel of the forum, and I find some peoples' avatars a lil annoying (flashing jumping gifs, repeated multiple times on a page when the person posts frequently...)

Imo its just fine as it is but if theres going to be somekind of change... try keeping it minimal.
