around 1980 i bought a few amazing roots tapes from a friend in brum one of which has survived but without any info. I knew a few of the tracks and others I've hunted down but a couple are proving very difficult to identify. does anyone know what 12" tunes these lyrics come from:- "In time of trouble, when I need you most, you walked out on me, walked out on me. But if I should make it, don't come running back to me, begging for no mercy," etc till the killer dj toast which seems to be called "Money money man" A tale of the gal choosing her man cos she hears a "jingle inna pocket" The other tune is one of the "Me wife an me sweetheart a friend, that's the only way the jealousness can end" which goes into a "Rub a dub fashion it na ration, coming in a new direction" etc with a big "I've got to Forward Home, outta babylon, we all haf fe forward home" chant in the second half of the tune. It's brilliant but I have no idea who it is or what it's actually called. Anyone?
