It's a long shot, but does anyone know the name/artist of a tune whose lyrics start: "Go home son, don't cry no more" and has some lyrics like "heard so much, about the good things you've done"? Much appreciated.

I know there's a different version with the same lyrics/riddim: It's a 12 inch called 'five man army' : dillinger, trinity & wayne wade..

mashdown - that is the one. i don't think it's the same as the one bonga is talking about. who is it? is it available on any cd anywhere?

i don't know about cd.. its ruddy thomas - go home son / ruddy t 7".. bonga's rides the same riddim..
