The original studio one is called African Challenge and
the riddim b. side - Challenge (ver) Sound Dimension Band.
The one pictured is the US one.not the JA cut.

Senior Soul - Is It Because I'm Black
is bound to have been the first cut because the riddim follows the soul original (by Syl Johnson) being covered.

The "Is It Because I`m Black" has come out on many different reggae riddims over the years and the original reggae cut of Is It Because I`m Black was not the Challenge riddim written & composed by Zoot Simms and Coxsone Dodd.
One of the first reggae cuts to Is It Because I`m Black was Ken Boothe.
