And what if the mighty maytones had recorded at the black ark. Lee Perry asked them several times to record stuff at the ark, but they always refused

Strange about the Maytones refusal to record at the Black Ark.
"Scratch" has always said that he had burnt down the Black Ark due to unclean spirits! who were these less desired people constantly at the Black Ark in it`s later period?

Lee Perry and Augustus Pablo had collaborated on a full length album, as alluded to by Sratch himself in the liner notes of East of the River Nile Deluxe cd?

Elvis, well known for his love of ganja, starts to travel regularly to Jamaica in the late Sixties, early Seventies.
Captivated by the vibrant reggae scene he grows his famous thick black hair into locks.
He re-ignites his foundering career with a string of hits produced by, initially Coxonne Dodd, and then Lee Perry. Presley's thick Tennessee drawl certainly makes for a new Dj sound as he toasts over a string of established Jamaican hits.
Then he teams up with Linval Thompson for a platinum showcase LP called 'Next Cut From Kingston to Memphis' with Linval on vocals and the King doing the DJ cuts. King Tubby dubs up the Channel One rhythms laid down by the Revolutionaries on this worldwide smash hit.
Bob Marley's career falters after the release of 'Natty Dread' grinds to a halt and he just can't shift any copies of his final LP reggae 'Exodus'. Marley tries his hand at acting but, after a couple of bit parts in 'Miami Vice' where he is cast as evil drug running Yardies, he quickly fades into obscurity.
Blackwell tries hard to court the King but Linval's really sorted Presely's head out and the man from Memphis ain't for sale. He's even given the Colonel the boot and him Thompson have a total of seven smash hit LPs featuring their unique act all on their own Memphis Mash Down record label.
Presley publicly renounces his early White, Southern, Penticostal Christian ways and becomes a Rastafari.
Having renounced the use of all drugs except the herb and fixed his diet, leaving the junk for a strictly ital living, he doesn't die on the john.
He invites H.I.M Haile Selassie to Graceland and the pair become great friends and then go on tour. They become immediate icons of world peace.
Such is their combined presence that the world is captivated and the Cold War ends. All nations renounce politricks, weapons and killing and suddenly everybody is happy!
Such is the power of Elvis, Haile Selassie and reggae music!
Later, in part two, George Bush and Eek A Mouse solve the climate problem.
