One of my favorite post 85 discs.

Does Shaka have any other singer (not dub) material out there that is up to this LPs standards?

His "Revelation Songs" set is crucial IMO. awesome songs, each one as good as the next, with good conscious lyrics and nice melodies. when i put this on, it ususally stays in heavy rotation for a while!
do yourself a favor and check it out

If you liked "Message From Africa", you'd like "Hits From The House of Jah Shaka - The Message 2". It's in the same vein as "Message from Africa".

Other excellent Shaka-produced vocal albums:

Shaka-produced vocal album I like much is:

The Twinkle Brothers Meet Jah Shaka - Rasta Surface, released in 1991.
Killer album IMHO.

Shaka doesn't sing on "Message from Africa" so I took it to mean Shaka-produced albums.

Yeah, I meant LPs with singers (not dub LPs) produced by Shaka.
