some years ago i listend to a manassaeh show on kiss100 when he played Barrington Levy - Righteous
I don't know if this is the correct name though
the closest thing to this tune i could find is a dub version by LONG BEACH DUB ALLSTARS which is all over the internet

that's the correct title, I have that tune ( don't know it's origin though )
And I don't know if it's a dubplate cut what you heard on the show..

it's known as 'The Love of Jah' on the Run Come Yah LP, and is also available on 7" (Wild Fire, Gorgon) each release is either a different cut or (very) different mix ..
the LP cut gets my vote.. extended with only a short dub, but oof.. murders the 7"s
