Great question!
I'd start with early juggling by Mixmaster Steve out of Miami. He'd do a lot of version to version with the current hit and the original oldie. Then Mad Professor would hold it down and provide rhythms and live dubbing, while some of his great alums would take to the stage and sing their biggest lovers rock hits. John McLean, Carroll Thompson, Sandra Cross, etc. And there would be a special tribute to Black Steel. Then I would invite my favorite selector from Boston to warm the crowd up further for the big artists. That man would be Junior Rodigan. Finally, Stone Love would take over and provide rhythms for 15 minute sets from Sanchez, Beres Hammond, Drummie Zeb, and Freddie McGregor.

Kojak, Sugar Minott singing live over a tasty Studio One dubplates selection, Jah Thomas, Lone Ranger, David Rodigan, then King Jammy spinning his unique sound-killa dubplates.
