Can someone provide me with the lyrics to the song Miss Beverly by I jahman. Tough tune you know.....

It is a tough, emotional tune - version I have (Jahmani) has a great bluesy guitar throughout, I've also heard a version with a cheesy synth type sound and somewhat different lyrics... the guitar version is vastly superior.

A couple of the lyrics are tough to make out because of the anguish in Ijahman's voice - anyway, here's my attempt

Zionist - The guitar version is from the original LP and the cheesy mix was done for the CD re-release. This was at a time when labels felt the clarity of the new medium would expose limitations in analog recordings so they added unnecessary embellishments to the mix.

But at least the CD of Haile I Hymn contained the long lost 'Zion Hut (Chapter 3)'
