Need to find dub beat/song from video .. please help!

i really need help to find a song in a youtube video. i know, you don't want to watch a video but i just can't stand it anymore. i know the song from back in the days and i know it's on a dub music sampler but that's about it.

maybe some of you can help me .. would be very very nice.

seeing that the dude is playing the tune on a sequencer may i presume that it is a amateur self production ?? isn't a kid beyond an amateur ?? lol but i never hear of him
i can suggest a commercial tune with very similar vibes : "scioscie viento" taken from an almamegretta album called indubb vol 2
