According to jamrid.com, the riddim you're looking for is actually the "Love Me Forever" riddim.

You probably mean "Dread At The Control" by Michael Campbell. There are more Perry produced songs on the same riddim, like
- Green Bay Killing, with Lord Sassafrass (Megaton Dub 2).
- Big Neck Police [aka Dreadslocks In Moonlight] (Lee Perry)
- a few dub versions here and there (7" Island/Megaton Dub)

I am interested to know if "Dreadlocks In Moonlight" discomix has same the dub called "Cut Throat".
