Anyone know if this track (credited to Lee Perry on "DUB CHILL OUT") is actually by Perry? Any info appreciated.

It is actually produced by Jah Lion & Mike Brooks,
played most probably by Sly & Robbie,
and has nothing what so ever to do with Scratch!
Still nice music though.
