Jahbriel,
check out Cultura Profetica. Pretty sure they are from Brazil. They have heavy rhythms and good vocals. I just can't speak spanish, so i'm not sure what they are saying.

I do like a Carioca band called "Ponto de Equlibrio" very much. They got a really heavy style.

Cultura Profetica is a reggae band from Puerto Rico, and they sound very well.
I am peruvian, and I like very much the brazilian reggae, I know and I listen to the following groups from Brasil:
Natiruts
Cidade Negra
Edson Gomez
Jah U
Leoes de Israel (extraordinary band)
Tribo do Jah
