thirsty (tune id)

does anyone know the id of a tune which starts with this refrain "thirsty thirsty thirsty lord - we thirsty". There's a line about 'big belly man' to follow. I heard it on my way back from Shaka on Friday but my ears were still ringing and I didn't ask the guy who it was by.
