What has happened to the two large CD distributors out of the UK & France????

I was looking for a CD "3 The Hard Way Papa San, Tulloch T & Double Ugly" It was on Rhino's reggae out of the UK and I can seem to find anything on that label anymore. They used to have tons of stuff for a while along with Reggaes best out of France I believe... What has happened to them and does anyone know where to find a copy of that 3 the hard way album????
Maybe I'm just out of touch with CD's in General cause I prefer vinyl & I just lost track of things...
Anyways if anyone has any knowledge in this area please bring me to the light...
