From what I pick up from Mick's article it's just a 'what-if' album. It doesn't exist.
Mick wrote:What if Scratch had taken a break from the madness, found a second wind, and continued to produce into the 1980s? I pick up the alternate story in early 1978...

The fictions are inspired from a grain of truth - Mikey Dread did release the Home Gard single on Upsetters.

Actually, Mikey Dread did make some material worth an album with Lee Perry... but it wasn't never released...
Just like many of the lost Black Ark albums...

Ha ha ha - I'm glad my Photoshop skills fooled someone!

Yes, as Ron points out, the album never existed.

I've got this single and it is a work of art, sheer genius remix of an ancient upsetter rythmn - don't know which one. I collected all of Mikey Dreads singles as they were released at the time and although he didn't have memorable lyrics or much of a voice as such he always managed to hook up with some great rythmns and Producers.

It's Perry's/Clancy Eccles song: [Feel The Rhythm](

I also have this single on UPSETTER label. It is not a crazy good single but regarded as a valuable collector item as it seems that it can't be found in perfect condition ever.
Hard to find anyway !
