Kaya Dub vs Kaya Dub

I have these two vinyls
[cover=2403,2772]
and
[cover=2402,2772]
of The Agrovators Kaya Dub http://www.roots-archives.com/release/2772 and the only thing that's different is the labels and covers , but the tracks and track names are all the same.No problem here.
Now there's this other Attack CD also titled Kaya Dub by the Aggrovators,listed here http://www.roots-archives.com/release/5163
The CD has only SOME of the tracks (in fact ,a few) from the vinyl copy, everything else is different.
Am I the only one who finds this totally irritating that a re-release is given a title of an original vinyl and yet the tracks are totally different ,except for one or two? How about making some acknowledgement and mention that the reissue is different from the original press? In the case of this Kaya Dub cd reissue , a person who has never possessed the original Kaya Dub will rush to buy it only to be disappointed that some of killer tracks like Rub Up Dub ,Dunza Dub , A Dread Dub,etc are missing.
What's you take on this?
