new horace andy/ashley beedle lp

its probably a well known fact, i have no idea, but this ashley beedle must be a long time reggae fan. i was given a cassette maybe 10 years or more ago. he's playing a lovely selection of 70s and 80s roots reggae. did he host a reggae show or was he just guesting with someone. its not part of the 'beginners guide to reggae show' hosted by mark lamaar. had it a long time before that show. anyone?
