Reggae Regular Fools Game - long version - Peel

Anybody know if the peel session version of Fool's Game (~1978) or a long 12" version of Fool's Game was released on vinyl or CD?
The album called Victim comes with a 12" with 3 songs on them incl Fools game with dub.
But I know that sometimes when you see that record second hand the 12" is not there. most people dont know it suppose to come with the 12".
I don't know if they released it on cd.
