Anyone know who the hell Janet Sinclair is/was?

I cite Jr. Reid in "Lover's Affair"

OK, probably she was a love columnist in maybe the Gleaner or something? Just wondering if anyone knows, or, better yet, other instances of Janet Sinclair lyrics?
