Can anyone tell me if the HEP HEP-issue of Heptones "Party Time" was released around the same time as the UK and US issues, or is the HEP HEP a later (re-)issue?

This site pictures two different HEP HEP-issues, one with green/white label and the other is red/yellow. Is any of these "more original" than the other?

As far as I know, the HEP HEP release is from around the same time indeed (1977).
