In the same series as the above mentioned Ernest Ranglin, look for:

Dean Fraser, Big Up
Monty Alexander, Yard Movement
Skatalites, Ball of Fire
Ernest Ranglin, Barber Mack

Great sound and nice vibes through and through.

Also, Rico (Rodriguez) Man from Wareika, and dub companion Wareika Dub, reissues on Island Japan.

Reggae au go Jazz from Studio One with some good brass improvisation on classic riddims. And Monty Alexander's ReggaeJazz projects with and without Ernest Ranglin. And Cedric"IM"Brooks has some deep jazz roots, but as super ape said,a lot of jazz in Jamaica can't be pigeonholed.

Jazz albums from Studio One:
Celcil Lloyd = I cover the water front and Live at Penthous.

And there is more from the early days still now.
Jazz music is a part of the foundation of Jamaiacan music.

Earl albums by Ernst Ranglin , Monty Alexander , Sonny Bradshaw ,Joe Harriott , Dizzy Reece , Winston Gaynair some of them have made albums on Blue Note records what more can i say.

Search and you will find Jamaican Jazz.
