If I'm right it's a Derrick Harriott production, I Roy did the DJ version.

no idea for this one. my question: near the end of the documentary "inside jamaican music scene", jacob miller and the lewis brothers are listening a song in the car, which one is it?

Back to the original question - I'm sure it's Isaac Hayes' Do Your Thing.
The Derrick Harriott production was by The Chosen Few and with I-Roy it was called Tougher Than Tough.
Much later Sly and Robbie did an ace instrumental version on Reggae Greats.
