I find it so frustrating when reggae record companies either offer a CD or download-only release, or a sloppy vinyl release. By sloppy, I mean not including the liner notes etc. I was ridiculously happy then when I my order from Light in the Attic, the company behind the Jamaica to Toronto series (Summer Records reissues), turned up the other day. This is a proper vinyl release. The liner notes are in full on the inner sleeves or on a separate insert, and the Earth Roots and Water release even comes with a poster. Glorious! Just wanted to big them up for some quality releases. On the same note, the Noel Ellis LP and Innocent Youths LP are stunning. Get!
