Hog in a minty- What's it all about?

Hi

Anybody know what Nitty Gritty is singing about in "Hog In A Minty"? I guess it must be based on some Jamaican saying. My patois deciphering skills aren't too bad, but I just can't figure this one out.It doesn't help that he seems to be mumbling the words a little.

Help please!

it means that "your wife / girlfriend is fooling around behind your back"

and the [root out you cocoa] which is usually after that in a lyrical sentence also means that "joe grine or a man had sex with your wife /girlfriend"
