Artist similiar to Peter Tosh?

Ites,
can anyone think of a reggae artist similar to Peter Tosh in vocals and backing sound? he`s style imo was quite unique and a slight shift in terms of the flavour of the day.

maybe lucky dube. i think in some songs he sounds very similar.

i agree that lucky dube sounded almost identical to peter tosh's voice.
as far as message- there are too many to list, i imagine.
