This song uses the rhythm of "fever" and the lyrics say something like: "this world can be beautiful, just with a little of love..." but I've never known who the singer is or even the real name of the song. Any idea?

This is a fragment of Darling Ooh from Errol Dunkley and has different arrangements than the album track. Do anyone know from where it comes?

Thanks in advance
