Linval Thompson - Ease Up

Can anyone tell me if this album is any good? Is it in any way digital? Are any of the tracks recycled from other albums?
this one a good early digital production by sly & robbie. these are all original tracks. nice tunes, not recycled. taxi production. mi believe this one to be right after linval thompson's star light LP, which was another sly&robbie production. i like star light, because yuh dun get too much digital really, more human riddims dem, seen? if yuh dun have both a dem already i suggest yuh pick dem up if yuh really is a linval thompson fan.
