Hey,

i think about buying some of the Trojan Box Sets. I would like to know if it is worth buying and if yes maybe which of the boxes are your favourite ones.

Thanks!

Norbert

The 12" set is a very nice one as well covering tunes from rockers to rub a dub:

in my experience a single killer CD can usually be compiled from the best tracks of the three discs in a box.

Check the Rocksteady or Rare Groove for that.

Does anybody recommend any of the more obscure or unexpected sets?

Is there a single webpage showing all of these boxes?

Also, FYI the Trojan forum had a long running thread on these (but I haven't read there in a while).

Am I right in thinking that none of these box sets are available on vinyl?
