Does anybody know the name of the reggea artist that done a cover song of this old time song from 1986 ?

i herd the reggea version on video tape the song was playing out my fathers car when i was a baby back in 1987

there are quite a few dancehall/digi tunes that used this tune..
Same with loads of hits from the Jackson 5, Rick Astley - never gonna give you up ,the Petshop Boys, etc..
