jogib/niney tune

Hi Can any one identify this track

its on jogib label it says aquarius lizzy and don carnell but i know its not that.
matrix is dyna "niney" 25 but not sure.
hope someone can help

Hi thanks for info i also posted on baf got same answer.and added info
The same rhythm was used by Joe Gibbs for :
Dennis Alcapone ... Leaving The Ball (1970)
Neville Hinds ... Sweep The Streets (1970)
but leaving the ball was "wear you to the ball" Rythmm
i have joe gibbs version leaving the ball by Mr nigel (nicky thomas) sometimes lizzy's harmony hall is printed on label as wear you to the ball, perhaps this is what causes confusion
