who made the song "milk and honey" first dennis brown or lizzard.

'Lizzard' was the alias name chosen by Clive Hunt (forwhateverthereasonsmighthavebeen)when the 'Satta I' record was to be released back in 1976 for Trojan Records.
The song 'Milk and Honey' anyway was written by Clive Hunt (otherwise known also as 'Azul') and recorded later also by Dennis Brown for Joe Gibbs on 7" and compiled in 1978 on the 'Visions' album.
To answer you question : Lizzard was first.
