Big Joe Original Backing Track ID?

Been spinning Big Joe's "Keep Rocking And Swinging" NON-STOP!
The track "Rich Man" is my favorite, and i'm curious who sings the backing track and what the tune is called? MEGA militant number for sure...
Sounds like Barry Brown to me...
