Does anybody know what reggae tune this is, sampled at the begining of this track?

There's a vocal sample from a Prince Francis track, but I don't recognize the piano part from any of his tunes

Or if anyone knows any tracks that have similar parts intros to this, I'd be very greatfull for any sugestions.

Most dub tunes I know just drop straight in to the track, not like this. Could you help me think of any other records that have similar intros?
