Hey people!
I heard that there is another Version of "Money is the root of all evil" by Horace Andy by the name of "Woman is the root of all evil". Does this version really exist? If yes where can i listen to this?
Thanks!
Norbert

In fact there is a version where the singer says "woman, woman, woman... the root of all evil", but it's Wayne Wade who's singing and not Horace Andy.
If I'm not mistaken, you can find this tune on Wayne Wade's "Evil Woman" LP.

That's right, fareast, the Don Carlos tune is most likely not the one he's looking for.
I just mentioned it because in the DJ part John Wayne is also saying "roots of all evil".

"Woman Woman Woman" by Patrick Andy, a nice horns cut of it can be found on Tommy McCook "Blazing Fire/ Tenor In Roots" CD (blood & fire), track called "Lambsbread", taken from the b-side of "Woman Woman Woman" 12".
