Mysterious dub lp ID?

I just ran across this dub lp uploaded on a blog, there's no info except for what might be the matrix numbers AAS 2A/B. I've never run into it before, it's kinda sweet though, anyone have an idea what it is?

It sounds like a Tommy McCook album, that's my guess.
