Been searching for this young Jamaican artist i believe is named "Q". I cant remember what the title of his song were, can anyone help me out?

Thanks, its probably the right artist but i cant find the certain song i was looking for.. but i guess its up to me since i dont remember what the title or anything is.

maybe you mean make a move on the medallion riddim..can't find the song...
but the song is in the mix of the medallion riddim..
