do you know this album? its in its entirity on the cd plus the "full up" album of vocals on full up riddim. while a couple dont quite hit and purists might be bugged by the overdubs, i think both these lps are killer and to get them on one cd a bonus. as i recall sound quality is quite good, not pristine, but its studio one afterall. kind of funny mixes of a couple classic riddims but i still love these records.

i thought ernie had the cd but i guess not so i cant provide a track list.

one love

On RAS' CD reissue it's called "The Real Authentic Sound of Studio One"

1. Musically Gifted -- Earl Sixteen
2. Gimme fe Me Corn -- Horace Martin
3. Who Beg No Get -- Little John
4. So Secure -- Hugh Griffith
5. Dance Hall Session -- Hugh Griffith
6. Sweetheart -- Hortense Ellis
7. Predicting Your Future -- Carlton Livingston
8. Get You Green Card -- Mikey Jarrett
9. Full Up [Original Mix]
10. Jamaican Collie -- Dillinger
11. Asking You to Leave -- Barry Brown
12. Thank You Jah -- Michigan & Smiley
13. Africa Here I Come -- Freddie McGregor
14. Full Up [Wild Mix]
15. What a Gwan -- Tennessee
16. Three Mile Skank -- Lone Ranger
17. Rub a Dub With Feeling -- Frankie Paul
18. Naw Give Up -- Ethiopians

Not the classic, wicked S1 overdubs of the late 70' and early 80's, but the synthi-digi style remixes are generally fairly restrained and the bass is loud. I kinda dig the Mikey Jarrett real rock ride.

the dancehall session part is more mid to late 80s overdubs, done in NY

full up riddim dates from the roginal ( late 60s )to late 80s (FP)
