Listining in my car 2 Glen Adams' Run Come Dance (Reggae Music A Reggae Anthology Volume 2), the intro catched me.
Same as for King Stitt "King Of Kings" on Tubby's & Clancy's Sound System International CD.
Both tunes have a small but wicked intro.
What are your fav intro's???

Loads and loads, but the one that jumps into my mind first:
"Picture On the Wall" - Natural Ites
The acoustic guitar, the dialogue....the agreement: "Yes-I!" then the burst of horns...magic.

The incredibly cool intro to the deejay version of Leroy Brown's »Gone Gone«. Dialogue is handled by Captain Chargehand and an anonymous girl.
*- Brrrm brrrm brrrm
- Gimme a lif' now, Chargie!
- Weh yuh a go?
- Jus' dung the frontline.
- Jump in now, daughta.*

Gotta be Lee Perry's Upsetters intros...
"Take off your jacket and suck it. This is cold sweat!"
"Eight for eight...head for bread."
"Hey senor, nobody pulls a gun on a priest!"
Etc...

U-roy - Dynamic Fashion Way where he names the brothers of talents around him and describes the studio as "kinda really cloudy like I would say." Lovely stuff.
Honourable mention: Dillinger - Ensome City Skank
