blessings to all,
trying to find a tune i've heard in various reggae-ska dances around london.
sounds like a early rocksteady beat and the chorus goes something like this: "there is a .......... in my neighborhood, in my neighborhood"

Paragons - Quiet Place, also sometimes called Man Next Door. Not sure what the original title is.

Btw. Been covered various times by John Holt (who was in the Paragons too) and Horace Andy amongst others, so not sure which cut you heard.
