Possible Garnett Silk record?

Greetings,
I think the following is a Garnett Silk record, but have searched for some time and cannot trace it. The lyrics (from memory)are something like this: "I've been upon the mountain top, mountain top, and I've viewed the promised land. I may not get there with you but I know that, all my dreams will come true.........etc"
Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
