BURO BANTON and JOHNNY RINGO use same lyrics?

Johnny Ringo's tune "Gunshot" on one of my favorite all time LP's "Riding West" has lyrics identical to a tune I forget the exact name from the "Buro" lp on CSA records and this same tune also comes up in the Greensleeves live session LP that Buro appears on.
The Johnny Ringo LP came out first as far as I know. Anybody else pick up on this?
