it seems to be very true, very sad and a very underrated solo artist. just listen to his solo tracks on youtube and you'll discover a great talent, covered up as a simple harmony singer in the itals all those years
i wonder if that discomix on jama of the channel one/lloyd campbell take of 'place in the sun' is on cd?

In fact all singers from the Itals are top notch vocalists in their own right: Keith Porter, Ronnie Davis, David Isaacs.
