Heartbeat does anybody know whats going on with?

I just tried to log into the Heartbeat website and it looks as if its no longer about? I know they havent released anything for a while and am wondering if the website being out of action is a sighn of larger problems they may be having.
Does anyone out there have any clue's as to whats happening with this company?
